We will showcase SIX women from the Mama Creatives community who will share their true and personal story relating to the theme of 'Love'. Ten minutes each, standing in front of a microphone and you, our live audience.

Come and enjoy our full day storytelling workshop featuring the incredible Monica Rosenfeld, media producer, professional speaker, workshop facilitator and founder of Stories That Stir.
About This Workshop
In this full day workshop you will learn the full storytelling process; from rough idea to being ready to share in front of a live audience.
No online course to fumble and teach yourself at home. You will have all day face to face tuition. Once you learn these skills you will be able to reference over and over depending on your situation.
This workshop will use Monica's professional insights and practices to help women explore the power of their voice, their presence and what they have to offer.
In an atmosphere of fun and enquiry, discover ways to approach telling your story, and communicate it with clarity, confidence and compassion.
The key areas to be explored within this workshop includes:
* Identifying the story you want to tell
* Connecting with the story you want to tell
* Writing key points of your story
* Communicating your story
Under each of these headings the aim is to encourage exploration, offer exercises and skills, and invite discussion.
By the end of the workshop each participant will walk away with a strong story spine from which to develop their personal story.
Each participant will have had the opportunity to tell their story and have tools to help them with future presentations.

Mama Creatives Story Slam Participation
You will also have the chance to share your story to the live Mama Creatives Story Slam audience in May. The theme is Love. This will provide you with a real life presenting experience in public to conclude the full storytelling process from conception to live presentation.
* Please note, as there are only 6 places available, attendance at this workshop does not automatically secure a presenter spot in the Mama Creatives Story Slam event.
