Full Moon & Cacao Circle

Every month over the full moon it is a beautiful time to sit & release what is no longer serving you and allow space for new things to enter into your life.

Let's come together to embody community, connection, clarity & peace.

What to expect:

🌑A guided full moon meditation to support you to release & let go of what is no longer serving you.

🌑A Cacao ceremony to drop you into your heart & body

🌑A sharing circle with the opportunity to share what is present for you and be held by other women.

🌑A space to journal, if this is in your practice and select oracle cards if you wish to receive guidance to help you deepen your connection to your inner knowing.

🌑 An essential oil practice to connect you back to your chakras and open the channels to receiving on all levels

🌑 Small campfire at the beach, if allowed

Each month we will explore a new theme and topic in line with the energy of that month’s full moon.

How to prepare:

Cacao contains caffeine, so please do NOT DRINK COFFEE or any other stimulants at least 3 hours before the ceremony.

We recommend that you do not eat for at least three hours prior to the ceremony. This is so that the cacao can be quickly and easily absorbed enabling you to go deeper into your journey.

Please drink plenty of water both before and after the ceremony to stay hydrated.

If you are feeling floaty or spacey after the ceremony, a good way to ground the energy is to eat a nourishing, healthy meal.

Dress in comfortable loose clothing.

Your own special cup or mug to drink the sacred cacao from
Your favourite something to sit on such as your yoga mat, blanket or a cushion/bolster
A blanket or sarong if you are someone who gets cold easily or simply likes it comfy
Journal & pen if you use journals
A water bottle
Mosquito repellant

Kerstin is an accredited Feng Shui & Environmental Toxins consultant & Holistic Health & Wellness Advocate. She is supporting women to live in more health, wealth & harmony by balancing their body & home from the inside out. Focusing on reducing toxins from their immediate environment, balancing the energy of their home with Feng Shui & test-based nutrition to support their beautiful bodies on a cellular level is the essence of her work.

Kerstin is originally from Germany, living in Darwin with her partner. She has been a holistic house sitter for the past 8 years which led her onto her journey to Low Tox Living & Feng Shui.
