Reiki - Harnessing and channelling the universal chi, Heidi works to clear stagnant and blocked energy in your energy fields, returning it to a balanced and harmonious state

Fire Ceremony- A powerful fire ritual with medicine drums will work to follow through on the intention of releasing behaviours and patterns that no longer serve you for your highest good

Spring Rebirth- As we make space for the new, we work with the unconscious to bring about clarity within manifestation, experiencing insight to embrace growing and blossoming to our full potential
