We’ll gather under this full "Pink Moon" to invite in some deep rest, set meaningful intentions and recharge with new energy.

What to Expect:

🧘‍♀️ Guided Meditation: A soothing meditation practice to ground yourself, enhance reflection, release, and renewal, aligning with the potent energy of the full moon for deeper spiritual connection.

📝 Journalling & Reflection: Connect deeply with the energy of the moon phase and set positive intentions for yourself. Some guided journalling will help you harness this time for renewal, rebirth, growth, and collective consciousness.

🧘‍♀️ Aroma Yin Yoga: Yin yoga is a slow and calming practice of long-held, deeply relaxing poses that open and energise the body, stimulate the meridians and help restore balance in your body, mind, and spirit. Combined with the magic of essential oils, this practice will provide the perfect setting for deep release and relaxation. Suitable for all levels (beginner-friendly).

🧘‍♀️ Yoga Nidra: This guided ancient practice takes you into a deep relaxation and places the mind in a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. Yoga Nidra can reduce stress, improve sleep, and promote emotional healing and self-awareness.

What to bring:

Yoga Mat + Bolster (cushion if you don’t have one)
Journal + pen
Water Bottle
Blanket (optional- for extra comfort)
