• 4:00 Ecstatic Trance Dance (Blindfolded)
• 5:30: Ocean Swim 

Full Moon Awakening is an exploration with and without sight. Blindfolds will be used with Authentic Relating and Trance Dance to heighten the senses and deepen connection with self and others.

The afternoon will begin with beautiful heart opening Cacao, followed by an Authentic Relating session; verbally connecting with people without sight. Deepening our awareness and connection. Please note there is no physical touch in this.

Next a Somatic Breathwork to enter into a trance state and let go of tension to cultivate life force energy; to deeply connect with your playfulness, expression, flow, self.

We will then enter into a Trance Dance to let go of any inhibitions, dance freely and go deeper within. This will be an exploration of tribal tapestries, ancient hymns, organic house, and more. We'll then move into an ecstatic dance removing the blindfolds.

Finally, an Ocean Swim to cleanse and awaken.
