The Leo Full Moon stimulates heartfelt energy, but does occur opposite Mercury in Aquarius and square (challenging) Uranus in Taurus. Energy might be frustrating at times, and connecting to the heart is needed, along with more passion.

What to Release:
- LOVE BAGGAGE: Leo is the sign of love, so focus on baggage from old love relationships (of all types) and what you need to work on releasing right now (it might be getting triggered with this Full Moon)
- HEART BLOCKS: focus on how connected you are to your heart, and what blocks you still have and need to remove; focus on how you can do that in healthy, positive ways
- INSECURITY: if insecurity is being triggered, try to get to the heart of why and work on releasing some of it in healthy ways
- THE NEED FOR VALIDATION: if you find you’re looking for external approval or validation, figure out where that comes from and how you can strengthen your own confidence you’re not looking to others to do that for you
- FEAR: focus on the biggest fear that’s holding you back right now and ways you can positively let some of that fear go
