🌕 Full Moon Beach Meditation

Reconnect • Release • Realign

The warmer evenings are returning, and so are our beautiful Full Moon Beach Meditations!

There's something magical about meditating on the beach, listening to the gentle rhythm of the waves, feeling the ocean breeze and connecting with the energy of the Full Moon.

November's Full Moon falls in Gemini, bringing a beautiful opportunity to explore clarity, communication, curiosity and new perspectives.

With the Sun in Sagittarius opposing the Moon in Gemini, this Full Moon invites us to find balance between what we know and what we believe, between the stories we tell ourselves and the possibilities waiting to be discovered.

What to expect

We'll begin by grounding ourselves in the beautiful natural surroundings before moving into a guided meditation inspired by the energy of the Full Moon.

This is your opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life, quieten your mind, reconnect with yourself and simply BE.

No meditation experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome!

What to bring:

A rug, mat or towel to lie on
A cushion for extra comfort
A water bottle
An open mind and a willingness to relax!

Come along, breathe in the ocean air and enjoy a little moonlight magic with us. 🌕✨

I look forward to sharing this beautiful experience with you! 💜
This is for you whether you are new to meditation or experienced.

We will be on the sand, left of the jetty opposite Spill the Beans cafe.
