Be guided through a series of simple yet powerful breathing techniques, gently leading into a conscious connected breathing experience. Each month brings a unique rhythm - intuitively guided and responsive to the energy of the moment - inviting space for self exploration and deep inner connection.

While the breathwork alone is powerful enough to create shifts ... it also serves to lay the foundation for a deep dive into the unique sound journey to follow. Using Tibetan and crystal bowls, gongs, harmonium, flute, chimes, medicine drum, rain stick, rattle, the voice and more, you'll be gently guided into a profoundly deep meditative and relaxed state. Here, the sacred healing vibrations to do their work allowing you to drop deeply inward, beyond the thinking mind, into your subconscious and into a space of rest, bliss and renewal.

As your nervous system re-sets and harmonises, you'll be clearing what no longer serves your highest good - raising your frequency to welcome in higher vibrations, greater alignment, abundance and peace. Each month, a different theme is offered - To explore if you choose as we work gently and lovingly with the breath.

This experience is amplified by the energy of the full moon and a powerful crystal grid and brought to completion in the sharing of a warm cup of chai - a space to integrate, share, and receive any messages or insights that may have emerged. Important Notes

🕕 Doors close at 6PM sharp - Please arrive early and settle in before then - out of respect for others and to honour a timely, sacred start.

🕯️ 2 Hour experience - An additional 15-30 minutes afterward to integrate, ground and connect. The way you re-emerge and integrate the work is often just as important as the journey itself.

As this event is often booked out, any no-shows or cancelations within the last 24 hours may not be refunded or transferred.
