Join together in ceremony under the light of the September Harvest Moon. This will also be the final Supermoon of 2023. We will take this time to connect deeply with self and each other through the magic of breathwork, cacao & cold immersion. We will use these incredible tools to allow us to gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and who we truly are. We invite you to join us at Turrimetta Beach on Sydney's Northern Beaches for an intimate evening of Ceremony, under the power of the full moon, using sacred cacao, breathwork, meditation, and ice baths.

The Ceremony will open with a ceremonial dose of Freedom Cacao, followed by breathwork, when we will then release and let go of all that does not serve us with a burning ritual on the beach followed by a cleansing ice bath dip under the Full Moon.

What time of day does the ceremony start?

Meet at the south end of Turrimetta Beach at 5:45pm for a 6pm start.

What You’ll need to bring

a bottle of water,
keep cup or favourite mug
notepad & pen,
swimmers and a towel
warm clothing & blanket

What to Wear

Come however you are most comfortable and in something that will keep you warm. We also recommend a dry robe or dressing gown to cover you up when you come out of the ice baths to keep warm.

Please be advised that medical clearance is recommended prior to performing any form of breathwork or cold immersion, we will provide you with health & safety guidelines on the night.

Keep well hydrated on the day of the ceremony.

What is ceremonial cacao?

Cacao is chocolate in its purest form. It is 100% cacao and has been used for centuries for its medicinal and spiritual powers.

Avoid caffeine for maximum benefit

If you can, please avoid caffeine and cow dairy on the day of the ceremony as it does inhibit the full effect of the cacao. (Having an early morning cuppa will be fine!). Please avoid eating a large meal in the 2 hours leading up to the ceremony.
