Full Moon Breathwork
Description
In the lunar cycle, the full moon is the peak
The moment of maximum light, visibility, and energy representing culmination, completion, and illumination.
A full blooming and time of letting go now that the cycle has peaked.
Once a month, as the moon reaches her peak, we gather to breathe... deeply, intentionally, and together.
I invite you to pause the busyness, drop out of the mind and drop into your body and heart.
To let go of whatever you've been carrying.
No experience needed.
Just you and your breath
Breathwork is one of the most powerful tools we have for regulating our nervous system, shifting stuck emotion, and returning to a sense of inner calm and clarity.
And when we do it together, under a full moon? Something extraordinary happens.
Come as you are. Leave feeling like yourself again.
