Full Moon Breathwork & Cacao in Bondi with Live Music

Craving connection with like-minded people? How about a deeper connection to yourself? Do you want to finally take some time to reflect on 2024 and set intentions for 2025 while using the energy of the full moon to support you? Do you love live music? How about an optional dip in the ocean after the event- under the full moon! Then this event is for YOU!

Join Master Breathwork Instructors Victoria Maurer (@thebalancedcorporate) and Harte Egberts (@the.flowing.dutchman) for a rejuvenating Breathwork session in the High Tide Room at Bondi Pavillion. Connect with your breath, release tension, and cultivate a sense of calm. This in-person event offers a unique opportunity to unwind and recharge while enjoying the beautiful energy of the full moon. We'll start the session with a ceremonial cacao ritual where we set our intentions and finish with community connection under the full moon. Harte will play some beautiful live music during the integration process which we know wou will LOVE.

This session is open to all levels and will provide transformative and blissful experience for all.

Yoga Mat (we do not have extras!)
Water Bottle
Wear comfortable clothing that you feel relaxed in
Blanket (optional- for extra comfort)
Journal (optional- this is a great time to reflect!)
Swimmers for an optional dip in the ocean under the full moon after the event finishes!

Agenda for the event:

Introduction to Breathwork from Victoria and Harte, Master Breathwork Instructors: To make sure you feel completely comfortable, Victoria and Harte will provide an introduction to Breathwork: what it is, the science behind how and why it works, how it can benefit you, and what to expect during the session.
Learn Practical Breathing Tools: Learn simple, effective Breathwork techniques that you can take with you to improve performance, reduce the risk of burnout, and create a sense of calm in your everyday life.
Ceremonial Cacao & Intention Setting: We'll start with a warm yummy ceremonial cacao to help you open your heart and connect to yourself. We'll set our intentions for the session and take time to reflect and journal about what we are releasing with the Full Moon and what we are making space to call in.
Breakthrough Breathwork Session: This is where the magic happens! A transformative Breathwork session guided by Master Breathwork Instructors, Victoria and Harte to music. This session will create a safe space for you to release emotional and physical tension and leave you feeling relaxed, regulated, and deeply connected to your True Self.
Integration & Connection: We’ll finish the session by coming together for a wholesome chat under the full moon to reflect on and integrate the experience together. There will be an option to join us for a dip in the ocean after the event if you are keen!

If you have any medical concerns, please consult your healthcare provider before joining. Breathwork can be mentally and physically stimulating. Contraindications include pregnancy, high blood pressure, severe mental health conditions, or other medical concerns. The event is not suitable for people under 18. Please review the linked medical waiver and questionnaire before attending this event. (Once you book your ticket, this waiver will be sent to you via email prior to the event for your review and you will be asked to sign it on the day of the event)
