Detoxification

For best results it pays to be mindful of what we are bringing into our vessels leading up to the ceremony, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

We recommend limiting processed foods, stimulants, recreational drugs and alcohol, and avoiding coffee on the day of the ceremony.

Intention

Breathwork can help with many things such as processing emotions and past trauma, somatic release and connecting to ancestors or directly with source.

Feel into what your intention is before coming into Ceremony.

“Seek and you shall find”

Come with a strong intention - low attachment and know that you will see/feel/release whatever is perfect for you in that moment.

Integration

When we access and process emotions or past traumas that sometimes have been dormant for years, we need to be diligent with the integration process.

Taking care of ourselves following the Ceremony is essential, drinking quality water and nourishing our bodies with light healthy foods. Grounding to the earth or getting into nature such as a swim in the ocean is great.

For some people it’s moving their body with dance or exercise. If possible, give yourself some time and space alone to journal or think out loud.

Be mindful if you find yourself wanting to turn to any vice you may have or had in the past. We recommend staying away from recreational drugs or alcohol for at least 24 hours post Ceremony.
