Event description

The Mind to Soul Movement embodies science backed tools combined with ancient practices that create of a powerful and intentional space for healing and growth. Each event is unique and although these are shared experiences, it is very much an individual journey for you!

The Supermoon in Capricorn - Otherwise known as the Buck Moon ( An interesting story behind the name which will be shared with you during the class) Capricorn is an earth element; A strong leader, ambitious and determined.

This lunar cycle calls for deep refection, rest and listening to the hearts desires which lets be honest, is not always reachable in the midst of busy and demanding lifestyles. We will cultivate this full moon energy to nurture ourselves and our environments, particularly around homelife.
This is the perfect opportunity to crave out time to show up for yourself and step into a guided environment that allows you to be seen, heard and held. You will be gifted a moment of selfless permission to melt away stress and distractions from your external world, switching off the monkey mind and surrendering into stillness to rest the mind, body and soul.

This full moon event will be less work and more rest to embody the energy we require to revitalize before we lean into the fruitful month of August; The harvest moon of August is about releasing and manifesting. But first, we must enjoy the present moment and listen to the needs of our body. 

During this workshop you will be guided on a journey of self - discovery to delve deep within using the breath to connect with thy self, cleanse away what no longer serves you and invite in greater clarity and understanding of your own inner guidance. Once you have tuned in to a subconscious state and shifted brain waves, you will be  taken through a powerful grounding meditation leaving you feeling light and aligned.


* This event will be a longer meditation with a shorter breathing session - This is the perfect introduction for those who have never done breathwork.

What should I bring?

💫 Wear comfortable and warm clothing - a throw blanket is always nice for the meditation.

💫 A towel or Yoga Mat

💫 Any small personal talismans, crystals, or special items that you treasure.
