Time: 4:30 PM
Location: Tunks Park
Price: $30
What it is
A full-moon breathwork and meditation experience inspired by Japanese approaches to harmony, deep reflection, inner self and stillness.
Through breath, shared reflection and moon meditation, we will create space to slow down, reconnect with the body and inner self, and become more aware of what we are carrying.
What’s included
Sharing & connection
We begin in a held group space, reflecting on what we are currently navigating and what we would like to release or understand more deeply.
Guided breathwork
Asami will guide a breathwork practice designed to help participants settle, become more grounded and reconnect with their bodies.
Full-moon meditation
Harrison will guide a moon meditation inspired by Japanese and Shingon Buddhist practice of deep reflection, using the moon as an anchor for awareness. Participants will notice sensations, tension and emotions arising within the body without needing to fix or change them.
Release & gratitude
We close by releasing what no longer needs to be carried and intentionally sealing the experience through gratitude.
What to expect
A calm, reflective and intimate experience combining breathwork, meditation, Japanese-inspired philosophy and connection with nature.
