Start 2025 with a BANG with this transformative Full Moon Outdoor Breathwork practise under the stars that will guide you into altered states of consciousness where profound healing, growth and emotional release can take place.

Together we will explore the power of the breath, the power of community and the power of our own bodies to heal, release and regulate.

The evening will include a warm cup of cacao, a transformative breathwork flow, journalling, and a guided meditation.

We will be set up outdoors "Picnic Style" for our Breathwork Practice, with the full moon and stars lighting our way.

Breakthrough Breathwork is completely safe and beneficial for most people, but if you fall under the following categories you cannot take part in Breakthrough Breathwork/ this event.
