The Mind to Soul Movement embodies science backed tools combined with ancient practices that create of a powerful and intentional space for healing and growth. Each event is unique and although these are shared experiences, it is very much an individual journey for you!

August Moon Full falls in the season of Aquarius, an air element; Aquarius energy invites in independence, creativeness, curiosity and great ideas.

This Full moon offers us a last chance to plant seeds before we step into the following lunar season known as the Harvest moon in September. Our arduous work is getting ready to pay off and we are being encouraged to push through the final hurdles to reach our fullest potential, however if we are not aligned and clear with our deepest desires during Aquarius season we will continue to repeat old cycles. No one wants that right..

The intention for this event is to create space to clear out the chatter, remove the stagnate energies that are consumed from others, environments and conditioning that has been holding us back. When we cultivate this full moon energy, we can expect to be inspired and get excited about the possibilities to come! This is a time of transformation, an opportunity to take back your power, let go of the limitations and trust in the path that is calling you.

During this class you will be guided on a journey of self - discovery to delve deep within using the breath to connect with thy self, cleanse away what no longer serves you and invite in greater clarity and understanding of your own inner guidance. 

Once you have tuned into a subconscious state and shifted brain waves, you will be taken through a powerful manifesting meditation leaving you feeling empowered and enlightened.
