Hi everyone! We are honoured to invite you to our Mindful art and Cacao ceremony workshop.

It is going to be extra special as we will gather under the influence of the full moon, the brightest one of the year. We will create this sacred space together to honour her energy and our inner creative self.

A little bit about us:

Valentina (Pitu Studio)

I am Valentina, a mindfulness coach, artist, and yoga teacher based in Sydney. I am passionate about wellbeing, art and journaling. I help you connect with yourself through grounding practices and creative techniques that I use every day with my students.

I have done meditation courses for 10 years and I have completed 300 hours yoga teacher trainings. I am passionate about using creative approaches to learning and to develop strengths. 3 years ago I have decided that art was a big part of my life and dedicated time to learn as much as possible about how art can have a positive impact on our wellbeing, I love to guiding others in their creative journey!

Carolina Iacovino

Carolina is a meditation and yoga facilitator. She started her healing journey in Australia about 4 years ago and discovered her passion for meditation and breathwork through her regular practice. She loves guiding and holding space for others to heal through love and kindness.

She is also is a cacao lover. She discovered cacao in a women’s circle and since then she has developed a sense of curiosity towards this powerful plant medicine. She creates her own rituals during full moons or when she feels the call to expand her creativity and open her heart. She is passionate about holding cacao ceremonies and holding space for others.

The event

In this mindful art and cacao ceremony workshop you will learn about basic watercolour and drawing techniques while being immersed in a heart opening experience with Cacao and art. We will meditate, paint and connect with the magic of Cacao. Take it as a self care evening in which you will take a beautiful piece created by you and you will learn about different ways to connect with your intuition and creativity.

Learn how yo draw a moon that is unique to you. Meditate in community and learn about the benefits of Cacao while tasting this magic plant medicine.

A little bit about CACAO

Cacao is a plant medicine known for being a heart opening. It facilitates connection to our inner guidance and intuition

It has been used in ancient civilization for thousands of years.The Mayan and Aztecs named it as the food of the gods that revitalizes the soul, awakens the heart, and keeps our bodies in good health.

Sharing cacao brings us into the same energetic frequency. This often results in deeper connection with ourselves and others.
