On Sunday 25th April, I will be hosting a Full Moon Cacao Ceremony. This full moon will be in the sign of Scorpio 🌕 ♏️

I invite you to join me for a beautiful ceremony, setting our intentions with the Medicine of Cacao, then divinely guided through a channeled visualisation to reflect and release under the energy of the full moon.

A full moon encourages us to release what no longer serves, close a chapter and open a new one. We will also be doing a fire ceremony to help us release what no longer serves us. 🔥

This beautiful ceremony will be fully guided by Spirit. I invite you to join me and you may wish to prepare with the following:

What to bring:
🌟 Water bottle
🌟 Yoga mat, blanket or comfy rug for meditation
🌟 Pillows, cushions and/or bolster for meditation
🌟 Sacred items and or tools (optional)
🌟 Please wear comfortable clothing and dress in layers to ensure your own comfort.
🌟 pen and paper / journal
🌟 An open mind and heart

These are not essential, however help set the tone and intention for your ceremony.

Gather your sacred items and anything to make yourself comfy and be ready to release and receive healing energy 🙌🏾✨

For best results with the medicine of Cacao, it is recommended to eat a light lunch or fast a few hours before. The lighter you are the higher you fly.
