We invite you to join us for an evening of sacred ceremony with heart-opener cacao!

Winter is a time of stillness and may prove to be a time of letting go. This evening is to support the integration of this change with nourishment and warmth. Cacao brings the heat of the fire energy, warming your heart and soul.

This is a night for diving deep within and bringing through some of your unique gifts.

An evening to embrace yourself and shift any heavy, stagnant energy, let go and come alive with the support of sacred cacao, shamanic journeying and sound healing.

CACAO
is said to be a gift to the people, from the heavens. It has been used in ceremony by the ancestors of Central America, the Aztecs and Mayans for centuries. Mama cacao (pure ceremonial grade cacao) contains healing chemical properties and is a beautiful medicine / gentle tool to assist you to connect with and open up your heart. As well as igniting connection she also helps with transformation and energetic shifts.

CEREMONY
This is a night for going within, connecting with yourself and connecting with your soul family. It’s a chance to gather with sacred intention, allowing divine connection, healing and empowerment. It’s a beautiful ceremony to either let something go or call something in.

The evening will include:
- Acknowledgement to country
- Cacao ceremony
- Guided meditation
- Medicine drumming
- Crystal bowl sound healing
- Delicious organic vegan soup and socialising

EXCHANGE: $65 + BF

ARRIVE: 7pm - 10pm
Please respect the ceremonial space. Allow time for parking.
If you are late, please join in quietly.

WHAT TO BRING/WEAR
- Your favourite mug
- Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat / cushions to lay on, a blanket / sleeping bag and anything else that may help you to feel more comfortable and warm during the ceremony
- Bottle of water
- You are welcome to bring sacred objects or crystals to place on the altar to be energised during the ceremony

PREPARATION BEFORE THE EVENT
Please have a light vegetarian lunch on the day and refrain from eating meat / drinking alcohol for 24hr prior to the ceremony.

IMPORTANT:
If you are currently being treated with pharmaceutical medication for depression or psychosis Cacao may not be the medicine for you. The tryptophan and monoamine oxidase inhibitors of the cacao are a bad mix with those medicines and may cause severe migraine, or worse.
Cacao is a stimulant, it significantly increases heart rate and lowers blood pressure, If you have serious heart conditions or are pregnant cacao may also not be the medicine for you.

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS

BELINDA GATT is a Sound Healer, Artist, Designer and Sacred Ceremony Facilitator. She creates clear and resonant spaces for living in alignment. Through her work, Belinda was increasingly attuned to how energy flows through space. Sound healing then emerged as a powerful response that brings calm for people in a stressful and chaotic world.

Belinda currently facilitates sound healing journeys and sacred ceremonies in the Northern Rivers & Sydney.

RORY PERRY is a Land Worker, Energy Tool Builder, Shamanic Healer and QiGong Practitioner. He works with connection to land and connection to ancestors to bring about beneficial shifts and changes for mind, body, soul and spirit.

Rory offers house and land clearings, 1:1 energy medicine work on land and is the founder of SolarOrgonite.
