Welcome to the  ~ first Full Moon of 2022, which aligns so well in the watery, nurturing, intuitive sign of Cancer….
This month, the Full Moon will fall in her home sign ~ CANCER.

Cancer is represented by the crab, and reminds us of the importance of feeling at home within ourselves. Being the first full moon of the year, it is a powerful time to release any remaining energies from 2021 that no longer are in alignment with you, get centered deeply within yourself and what truly makes you feel at home & embodied.

About the Full Moon energy ~

☽  The moon symbolises and rules over our emotions and is deeply connected to the feminine energy.

☽ Around full moons, your awareness and consciousness is heightened, which guides you towards the things that you need to work through, speak up about and let go of! Full Moons are always illuminating things, helping us to see a bigger truth and to expand our way of thinking.

☽ You may be feeling more emotionally conscious around this time, so let’s use this awareness to really reflect on what comes through and make steps towards moving forward into your best and highest self.

☽It's important that we acknowledge our shadows instead of fearing it, and instead, see it as a point of awareness where we can learn more about ourselves.
