The Sauna Project Pāpāmoa, Fine Balance Naturopathy & Free to Breathe invite you to a soul-stirring journey of wood-fired saunas, invigorating ocean swims, transformative breathwork, grounding yoga, and a magical full moon cacao ceremony. Let's awaken our spirits together!
You will experience 30 minutes of each offering, before coming together at 7pm for a Full Moon Cacao Ceremony on the Beach.
