The Sauna Project Pāpāmoa invites you to a soul-stirring journey featuring wood-fired saunas, invigorating ocean swims, and more. Let's awaken our spirits together!

Indulge in 30 minutes of breathwork, 1 hour of sauna, and culminate in a Full Moon Cacao Ceremony on the beach. 🌊
