Under the enchanting glow of the full moon, we gather at Pāpāmoa Beach for an unforgettable evening. The Sauna Project Pāpāmoa, Fine Balance Naturopathy & Free to Breathe invite you to join a soul-stirring journey of wood-fired saunas, invigorating ocean swims, transformative sound journey, grounding aromatherapy workshop, and a magical full moon cacao ceremony. Let's awaken our spirits together!

You'll indulge in 30 minutes of each offering, culminating in a Full Moon Cacao Ceremony on the Beach.
