FINAL FLOW |Full Moon Ceremony: Yoga and Meditation

JOIN ZOE AND ELODIE FOR THE 2021 FINAL FLOW FULL MOON CEREMONY!

We have lovingly decided to take a step back from hosting the ceremonies in 2022 and so therefore this will be our last one. 

Join us in ceremony under the light of the full moon to celebrate 

Full Moon Ceremony with Yoga and Meditation Hosted by Zoe & Elodie

Each full moon is a chance to let go of what no longer serves you and set new intentions.

This 2 hour ceremony will include;

Gentle Yoga Flow

Pranayama (breath work)

Meditation

Cacao Ceremony

Where to find us:
Chambers Island - Maroochydore

Cost: $20 per person

What to bring: 

- Piece of paper and pen
- Yoga mat, towel/blanket (cushion or bolster optional)
- Cup or mug for drinking Cacao
- Warm Clothing


This a public event and every body of all ability, and experience levels are welcome to join 

Please arrive by 6:25pm for a 6:30pm start.
