Full Moon Circle

Hello beautiful, 

I am pleased to invite you for a little moon circle which I will be hosting on the beach at sunset. This full moon is the first one of the year so I thought we should do something for it :)

I'll be holding space for you with a meditation to ground your energy and become clear on how you feel. We will have moments of intention setting (bring your journal and a pen) and a chance to share if we wish. 

These circles can be very uplifting and cathartic so I'm excited to host one of these with like minded folk. 

I used to run them regularly but I believe it's been a year since my last one! Which was a full on event, it took a lot out of me, so this year I am keeping it chill.

DETAILS:

Date/Time: Sunday 12th Jan 2025 6:30pm.(sunset is at 7:26pm)

Location: Trigg dog beach (theres a little nook there and it's often quiet) weather permitting. 

BRING: 

Yoga mat/ towel something to sit on. Perhaps a cushion! 

Journal and pen. Your lovely self and open heart.

Optional any jewellery, crystals or items you'd like to place in the circle to charge up. 

This event is suitable even if you've not been to something like this before, feel free to reach out to me with any concerns.
