Following the patterns of the moon we will sow the seeds of intention and release all that has already come to fruition during this lunation. A time to align with our own rhythms and develop a deeper understanding of the subtle energies at work in our lives. This 2-hour Workshop will include herbal tea, Yin Yoga, journaling and intention setting and guided visualisation meditation and a tumbled crystal gift for each attendee.
