Description

MAY FULL MOON CIRCLE FOR WOMEN: Blue Moon & Winter Stillness 🌕

We are meeting this once on a Blue Moon — the second full moon in May 2026. In Sydney, it rises and peaks at 6:45pm on Sunday 31 May.

You are invited to gather to settle into the depths of winter. This is a moon of stillness and slowing down. A gentle invitation to stop pushing.

Winter speaks in the language of rest, reflection, quiet, and inner listening. It asks us to soften our pace. To come out of the noise. To let the body exhale.

  • Where have you been overriding your need for rest?

  • Where are you still trying to push through?

  • What would it feel like to let yourself slow down without guilt?

This is an evening to soften, release, and return to your centre — so you can move into winter feeling clearer, calmer, and more held.

This circle invites you to consider:

  • What am I ready to stop carrying into winter?

  • Where is my body asking me to slow down?

  • What would a more nourishing rhythm look like now?

Together, we will share in circle and create space for what wants to shift — with grounding, ritual, and gentle witnessing.

As part of our evening, you’ll be offered a special tea to quiet the mental noise and soften the nervous system — so you can drop out of your head and into your heart.

Bonus: Special Tea Ceremony

As part of our evening, you’ll be offered a special tea to quiet the mental noise and soften the nervous system — so you can drop out of your head and into your heart.

NOTES FOR THE CIRCLE

  1. Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes early so we can begin at 4:00pm sharp, in respect of the process. Late arrivals can disrupt the flow.

  2. Bring: a cushion or blanket to sit on, a small item for the altar if you feel called, and your openness to share.

No previous experience is required. Come exactly as you are.

Spaces are capped to keep it intimate.
