Full Moon Circle: Intentional Gathering for Women

A magical place, under father sky, the moon and the stars, close to the ocean and amongst the trees, our beautiful brothers and sisters. This is an opportunity for you to reconnect with mother earth, yourself and last but not least your sisters of the tribe. 



We come together, gathering in nature. Calling in our feminine energy and inner wisdom, listening to our wild woman, reconnecting and bonding with the essence of ourselves. 

A full moon circle to release in ritual ceremony, what no longer serves us. Burning down all those bad believes and negative thoughts. Letting ourselves be heard by breaking the silence. Honouring our womanhood, the wisdom of the cycle. Healing ourselves. Healing our womb. No longer holding back.

This will be a time for you to slow down, rest & relax and regain energy. A time to get cozy in blankets and warm clothes, feeling the vibrant energy of the full moon and the support of sisterhood. Receiving warmth and healing energies by a ceremonial “Womb Renewal” tea by The Spirit Garden. (Some of the benefits are: balancing hormones, relieving menstrual cramps, cleansing the womb, preventing PCOS, replenishing essential nutrients, reclaiming the seat of our feminine energy.)


Are you bleeding?

If you are in your inner winter and bleed in full moon, you are invited to bring this sacred essence of creative force, your menstrual blood, in a jar mixed with water for sacred ritual in nature. Giving back your blood to mother earth is such a powerful ritual. A practice for healing. Self-healing. Global healing.
(For those not bleeding, we will use some of the red tee for the ritual.)

• yoga mat to sit on
• your own cup for tea
• If you bleed: your blood watered down in a jar

Note: In case of rain the event is keep going to to happen at a venue nearby.
