Gather with me on the full moon for a one-of-a-kind women's circle. These circles combine Astrology, Chinese Medicine, Acutonics sound healing with tuning forks and Taoist yin yoga for a potent group healing.

We will set the space by introducing the themes of the current moon using astrology and each share what is alive within us (like a group diagnosis).

From this, I will formulate a collective treatment for the circle. Using Chinese Medicine Wisdom, I will select certain yin yoga shapes, Taoist practices & Acupuncture points that move the Qi around the body for our desired outcome (clearing stagnation/building from deficiencies etc). I will come around during the yoga series and use the Acutonics tuning forks to assist the Qi.

We will finish with some deep relaxation and journaling to assist with integration.

You will leave this experience feeling relaxed, inspired and connected. Following the circle, we will have some social space to connect with our sisters and an optional nourishing meal.
