" Release and Relief"

We begin by acknowledging Ngāti Whātua, the guardians of the land we dance on—above and below ground. May our movement be in service of truth, justice, peace, and unity.

He waka eke noa – we are all in this together.

This is more than a dance—it’s a prayer, a release, a community ritual, and an act of solidarity.

50% of all profits go directly to a Palestinian mother, Safaa, and her two children in Northern Gaza, whom we’ve supported personally since before the current genocide began. This series is part of a wider vision: if each of us supports one family, we can shift lives.

A freeform, sober space to move, breathe, express, and reconnect—body to soul, self to collective. All of you is welcome. No steps to follow, no expectations.

🎶 This Session

We open with Rana guiding breath and somatic grounding, then move into an ecstatic soul movement journey to awaken and express. For the first time, we’ll close with Yoga Nidra—a deep, restful practice of guided meditation—for full integration, nervous system reset, and inner restoration.
