Down to Earth Goods presents the first installation of the Move with the Moon Yoga Series: Full Moon Flow. Full Moon Flow is a ceremony of connection, release and expansion, guided by the moon and your own transcendent power. Join us for one or all of these special celestial celebrations. Each session will include an astrological chat, a vinyasa yoga practice, and nourishing refreshments to finish. Dress to move and bring your mat along.
