Full Moon Flow @ B&A

Our gal @yogawithmarihalina is back in town and we are celebrating with a Full Moon Flow to start your Sunday morning on the best note or finish the school holidays on a high. Greet the full moon with a full body flow that will support you in feeling your strength and creative capacity for bringing new ideas to fruition!

Class details:

@yogawithmarihalina will guide us through a 45-minute flow, suitable for all levels, followed by your choice of smoothie bowl for breakfast straight after class. This will be held inside Orakei Bay Village so we can be flowing rail, hail or shine, right outside Bowl and Arrow. 

Please BYO yoga mat, we will have a couple available for those of you who need to borrow one, and wear layers as it can be a bit chilly before we get warmed up and the heaters kick in!
