This outdoor experience blends the calming practice of forest bathing with the healing resonance of crystal bowls, chimes, and meditative soundscapes. What to Expect:
🌕 A gathering that includes guided forest bathing, mindful breathing, and a restorative sound bath.
🌲 A serene, natural setting that allows your senses to awaken and your nervous system to reset.
🎶 Crystal bowls, chimes, and intuitive sound to harmonize body and mind under the night sky.
🌬️ Grounding breathwork and intention setting for clarity, peace, and deep release.

What to Bring:
🧘 Yoga mat or blanket for comfortable sitting or lying down
🧥 An extra layer—nights can get cool, especially in the woods

Event Schedule:
6:00 PM – Meet at The Standard Biergarten in NYC
6:30 PM – Depart for our peaceful nature location
7:45 PM – Arrive, settle in, and begin forest bathing practice
8:00 PM – Sound bath begins under the full moon
9:45 PM – Closing circle and gentle transition
10:45 PM – Return to NYC
