This September Full Moon falls in Uttara Bhādrapadā, a Vedic lunar constellation associated with depth, contemplation and what lies beneath the surface. Together we’ll explore a simple question: What if peace is already within you? Beneath the movement of thought and emotion, can we discover the stillness and awareness already present?

This Full Moon also marks the threshold of Pitṛ Pakṣa, a sacred time for remembering and honouring our ancestors. We will offer prayers for their peace, gratitude and remembrance.
