This Full Moon in Libra Moon Magick Presents Womb Wisdom and the Power of your menstrual Cycles with Abigail Katie and Jacqueline Lastra.

Abigail is a menstrual cycle educator and coach, redefining cycle connection so women can learn to thrive within their bodies.

You are invited to an evening of uncovering and re-imaging the wisdom that resides within your womb, as we welcome in the full moon together. 

What to expect;

We will gather in circle and open the space with a guided meditation that invites a sense of ease and renewal within the body. Thereafter venturing onto learning about the ancient practices surrounding your menstrual cycle and cyclical rhythms. Sealing the evening with a luxurious gentle Yin practice and yoga Nidra with Jacqueline. 

You'll have time to reflect on journal questions and we encourage you to come 'just as you are.' This is a sacred time to gather within community, opening our curiosity up to reconnecting to the powers within our womb. This circle will be held over zoom, giving you the perfect opportunity to unravel and learn within the comfort of your own home regardless of your location.
