Finding clarity, confidence and feeling empowered so that you can show up as your happiest, healthiest and highest self.

There will be meditation 🧘‍♀️ intention setting, journaling 📔 and warm drinks ☕ & v/gf snacks for your nourishment. 

Our newest practitioner Sascha Jones will be hosting this circle. She specializes in Reiki healing, NLP and NTT coaching, 
and is super passionate about gut health (gut brain connection). This will be a special night ✨ 

Circle runs for 2 hrs, starting at 6 pm.
