Time to WELCOME in SPRING and the September Full Moon in Pisces with an Hour of Sound - PLUS - a Bush Flower Essences mini workshop with "The Botanical Hair Therapist" (otherwise known as the lovely Lisa :) )

Come along and learn about the organic and magical properties of some bush flower essences and how they can be of energetic benefit to you. Lisa combines her love, knowledge and passion of botanical essences to create a magical and bespoke intertwinement between her craft as a Hairdresser, with the holistic goal of wellness.

Then, we will proceed with an hour of Sound Healing.

Sound Healing has existed for thousands of years and has been scientifically proven within quantum physics to have a cellular impact on the physical body by way of sonic resonance and entrainment.

First we begin by getting you to lie down on some thick mats and bolsters (provided), with your own pillow, blanket and eye mask insitu - this act in itself is designed to signal calm and relaxation...

On an energetic level, the sound healing is designed to restore the energetic balance of biofield or chakras (as they will often either be overstimulated or underwhelmed.)

If that sounds a bit 'woo woo' to you, think of it as a beautiful way to elicit a deep energetic calm to your body, mind and soul. I use sounds from nature, crystal and tibetan bowls, koshi chimes and rain makers.

As always - oracle cards will be on offer with some light refreshments and snacks afterwards.
