Welcome to Wilu's Full Moon in Taurus🐂 Sound in the Bell Tent⛺️

This Full Moon in Taurus shines a light on our safety and stability. So often though, we seek this stability in material things. This moon is spotlighting the fact we need to seek this inside of ourselves first: only then will it become easier for you to find peace and tranquility and stability, in the outside world.

Taurus asks: What truly makes me feel safe, grounded and nourished?

This sound journey provides the perfect opportunity to reflect on what this means to you, and release what no longer serves you.

Why come to a Wilu Sound Healing Session ?

Because I know life can be busy, stressful.. we juggle so many plates.. often running on purely adrenaline…

All of these plates, these vicarious stresses, come with a cost..

The biggest cost to our emotional, physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing..

One of the best ways to rebalance energetic equilibrium is via sound healing ❤️‍🩹

Sound healing offers a deeply restorative form of self-care by using soothing vibrations and tones. As the layered sounds wash over you, they help quiet mental chatter, reduce stress, and encourage a meditative state without requiring effort or experience. Many people find that this immersive experience supports emotional release, improves sleep, and enhances overall well-being.

By creating space to simply rest and receive, sound healing becomes a gentle yet powerful way to reconnect with yourself and to connect body, mind, soul.

What is Sound Healing?

Sound Healing has been present in cultures for thousands of years. The benefits of sound on human cells are scientifically documented (quantum physics) - as much as it is an alternate form of healing and well-being. Sound healing uses sound wave frequencies which create a process called entrainment. As the body is made up of largely water (and sound can travel through water 4x faster than through air) this process of entrainment naturally affects the internal organs, nervous system and brainwaves in the human body. Creating a synchronistic rhythm of attunement - which instigates a response in the physical body, and the energetic biofield.

Never been to a group sound session before?

You’re invited to lie down on a mat (provided) with your blanket (you bring) and eye masks (you also bring) for additional sensory deprivation, in a cosy and magical bell tent with fairy lights.

After the initial short guided mediation using the Taurus Full Moon as reflection ; the sound bath will begin. I use a mix of instruments including crystal bowls, tibetan bowls, koshi chimes, gong and rainmakers.
