On the Eve of a Virgo full moon we welcome the powerful energy to clear all that does not serve us in a Breathwork journey with the sacred medicine Cacao. Good for those seeking balance.

As a healing tool Cacao is effectual on so many levels. It is reputed to assist with many levels of change in the body both physical spiritual and psychological. Raw cacao has been used for centuries and is chock full of antioxidants know as flavanols which are beneficial to your body on many levels. It is a heart opening plant medicine which has been shown to reduce stress, boost mental health and physical health.

Breathwork accesses the deepest recesses of the body and mind enabling clearing of issues on many levels. If you are looking for a powerful transformational journey then circular breathwork combined with cacao is a method to release stress, tension and trauma from the body.

In this 2 hour experience you will be taken on a journey through music, sound frequencies through crystal chalices, drumming, movement, altering the senses, releasing stress and trauma, alkalising the blood, lowering blood pressure, recalibrating the energy fields of your body and returning the body into a state of bliss. An experiential journey where wisdom and healing and gained in alignment with each individual’s inner experience and needs.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Cardiovascular issues, high abnormal blood pressure, bi-polar depression, glaucoma, recent surgery, active addictions, history of seizures, heavy medication, anyone with mental illness who isn’t in active support.

What to bring:

* Please wear comfortable unrestricted clothing and a light jumper in case you get cold and a light blanket.

* Yoga mat (subject to COVID restrictions) you must bring your own

* Socks

* Water bottle

* please ensure you arrive no later than 3:15pm for a prompt start at 3:30pm. Doors will be closed after this time

NB: Please eat light on the day and please don’t drink any alcohol

Contribution is $79 early bird with no refund policy but someone can take your place if you are unable to attend. Early bird is available until Tuesday 23rd February. Price increases to $85 thereafter.
