Full Moon Family Yoga Class

As part of our Kids Yoga classes we hold a family class once a term.

Children enrolled in Kids Yoga bring along family and friends to show them what kids yoga is all about.

This term we are also inviting other children and families who would like to join us to participate.

It is a great opportunity for children and their families to see what kids yoga is all about.

We will split the session into two parts - the first part will be a condensed version of our typical class. We will have warm up and balancing games, breathing exercises and practice moon salutation yoga poses that we have been learning this term.

For the remaining part of the session we will be celebrating the Full Moon with restorative poses and a moon meditation.

You are welcome to come along in your PJs/comfy clothes to enjoy this restful Pyjama class.

As this is a Family class adult family members are welcome.

Alternatively your child may attend unaccompanied or with another child.
