Step into the transformative energy of the Full Moon and gently release the emotional weight you’ve been carrying.

The Full Moon Meditation & Burning Ceremony is an in person gathering designed to help you let go of old patterns, release lingering heaviness, and open your energy to clarity, freedom, and renewal.

The Full Moon illuminates what has been hidden beneath the surface. In this session, you’ll slow down, breathe deeply, and connect with your inner truth. Through guided meditation, grounding breathwork, and a safe, symbolic burning ritual you can perform at home, you’ll gently release stories, fears, and emotions that no longer serve your wellbeing.

Using the BENN Method™, you’ll move through the pillars of Balance and Energy, observing your emotions with compassion and letting them go with intention. This practice softens your nervous system, clears stagnant energy, and creates space for insight, calm, and inner strength. As you release, your energy field expands, and a renewed sense of clarity begins to rise within you.

This ceremony is perfect for anyone feeling emotionally full, mentally overwhelmed, or energetically stuck. It is also ideal for stepping into the new month with a clear mind, an open heart, and lighter, brighter energy. By the end of the evening, you’ll feel spacious, grounded, and deeply connected to your inner light.

The Full Moon reveals what you are ready to release. Your intention turns release into renewal. Join us in person for a one off event as we prepare for the fire horse energy in 2 weeks, plus the solar eclipse.

Please bring a towel or yoga mat to sit on, water, layers of confy clothing, book and pen to lean on. You will be given blank paper to brain dump to burn.
