You Are Invited

On Sunday April 13th at 10am we're gathering for an immersive and soulful sound meditation experience celebrating the arrival of the Full Moon in Libra - encouraging us to call back all the parts of ourselves that have been left in past relations.

Libra is the sign that moves us toward balance and harmony - a perfect ideal as we smooth out any bumps along the road since the Equinox in late March.

Through grounding practices including Himalayan breathwork and meditation, you’ll be guided to create space for connection to the world within, and to meet yourself in presence and truth.

We'll journey through soothing vibrations of pure crystal quartz singing bowls and serene vocal melodies that will take you as deep as you are willing to go, in a collectively safe, nurturing and supported space.

The Experience

9.45am: Doors open - please note there is a flight of stairs to climb to reach the main room (no lift access)

10am: Opening circle

10.15am: Gentle Himalayan breathwork to create space in the body and prepare for a deep meditative experience

10.30am: Guided meditation + alchemising sound journey

11.15am: Connection + integration

11.30am: Completion
