I am excited to be bringing another Healing Ring of Tantra to the Nambucca Valley on 7 Sept 2025.

The Healing Ring of Tantra is a powerful non-sexual meditation that harnesses the energy of the Full Moon to generate tremendous healing energy. It’s designed to be practiced specifically during the full moon, when spiritual energies are believed to be at their peak.

The meditation requires a minimum of 11 people to form a circle, creating a healing ring, where the healing energy can be directed at someone at a distance or at a participant of the circle.

The energy created during The Healing Ring of Tantra meditation transcends time and space, repairs, restores, and preserves health, immersing participants in the radiant healing energy of the universe.

In our workshop we will open sacred space, open the body's energy channels through gentle movement and breathwork, set a the body preliminary healing intention. This meditation includes mantra/chanting to amplify the healing vibrations and will be followed by a gong bath to settle the energies into the cellular body
