Full Moon Meditation

The full moon illuminates our lives and helps to bring emotional revelations. We need to express them but we might want to exercise some care while doing so, knowing that what is coming out of us is not particularly rational as yet.

The moon has a magical power that regulates nature and rules the tides. The more you know about the moon’s phases, the more you can harness its power and make it work for you.

We will be doing a 1 hour Meditation where we will be tuning into ourselves and the powerful energy of the moon to help us shed the old and set our intentions of what we want to manifest.
