Event description

A Sanctuary with Soul facilitates intimate monthly women’s circle to bring women together, to find some expansiveness & stillness amongst our busy lives. This monthly circle is scheduled to allow us to work with the heightened energy of the Full Moon.

My intention for these sessions is to encourage you to be the best version of yourself; your true, authentic self & that you leave feeling rejuvenated & restored.

Out time together allows for meditation, sound healing, ceremonial cacao, journaling, sharing & stillness; as we allow ourselves to delve deeper into our true nature. These monthly circles include a warming, soul nourishing lunch. ❤︎
