Breath & Sound | Finding Calm in Change

Join us for a nourishing afternoon of breathwork, guided meditation, and immersive sound healing.

In a world that often feels fast-paced and uncertain, this evening offers an opportunity to slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself.

Through the power of conscious breath, meditation, and therapeutic sound, you'll be gently guided into a state of deep rest, creating space for clarity, calm, and renewed energy.

We'll begin with gentle, grounding breathwork to settle the body and quiet the mind, followed by a guided meditation before melting into a restorative sound journey with crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments.

As the sounds wash over you, you'll be invited to soften, release tension, and allow your nervous system to reset.

The evening includes:

Grounding breathwork
Guided meditation
Immersive sound healing
A supportive and calming space to rest, restore, and reconnect

No experience is necessary.

Simply bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and anything else that will help you feel comfortable.

Come exactly as you are. I look forward to sharing this beautiful evening with you.

Most of the session will be experienced lying down.

Bring:

Yoga mat
