Together, Fi & Jae bring the medicine and magic of karakia, moon salutation, ka kā wā cacao, written release and powerful patterning practices, all sealed in with a guided reiki and sound healing meditation/relaxation.

This offering is designed for the energetic release of stagnation, fear, and old limitations. It invites us to make oaths that speak to our inner truths and empower bold new mindsets. 

It supports the vibration you want to step into, offering deep rest and receptivity, to prepare and align ourselves for growth and expansion.
