Right now, maybe more than ever before, we're craving to be connected - to be together. To share, to laugh, to cry and to do all three at the same time with other humans. That's why I'm so honoured to offer an online Full Moon Ritual for the first time.

The Ritual itself will involve elements of gentle restorative yoga, meditation, journaling, and deep dive collective chats. So much joy comes from sharing treats and tea together and this online Ritual is not missing out! Your ticket includes a goodie box with divine treats, delivered to your door. Every item included in the box comes from local Victorian small businesses, all run by women, who proactively promote environmental sustainability, and human and Indigenous rights.

Come ready to move your body lovingly, release anything you've been carrying, and sit in community.

The practice is very gentle and can be adjusted for pregnancy or injuries, please just reach out and let me know when purchasing your ticket. The Ritual runs for 1.5 hours and will be conducted via Zoom (free app download on your computer or smart phone).

All ticket prices also include a $2 donation to a local not-for-profit supporting Indigenous Australians (you'll receive exact details). In addition, all Humanitix fees (included in the price) will go towards scholarships for Indigenous children.
