We are just days away from our transformational Full Moon Rise Retreat. We have the day planned to nourish you and support your release. To make sure you receive the most out of the day, here is important information for you to consider...

HOW TO MAKE THE BEST OUT OF THE DAY:

REMEMBER YOUR

Picnic essentials - e.g blanket, cushions, umbrella for shade or rain
Hydration; Water (This is a drug and alcohol free event)
Wear something comfortable and light for yoga and dancing (bring layers as we transition into the evening, it might get cold).

Barre Body is providing yoga mats for you and you will receive a Magic of I. zodiac notebook and pen on the day. If you do prefer your own journal, bring that along too.

RETREAT SCHEDULE
This is an approximate outline of the day. Please note times and collaborators may be subject to change.

2.30pm Property gates open. Find your park and settle in
3.00pm Welcome and opening circle
3.20pm Shaking Medicine, Yin Yoga and Sound Healing
4.45pm Burning Ceremony
5.15pm Dinner break; Tarot readings, Shiatsu Therapy, Journal, Pull Oracle Cards, Rest
7.15pm Draw the winner of the prizes
7.15pm Sunset Ecstatic Dance
9.00pm Moon Rise Meditation

PRE BOOK YOUR SELF CARE
During the dinner break you have the opportunity to have a massage and a reading. I recommend you pre book these directly with the therapist/ reader.

ZEN THAI SHIATSU
We have two therapists on the day providing their healing touch, to help you ground and relax. You will be situated under the all encompassing healing tree that will embrace and charm you.

This is subject to availability and will be available from 5.15pm-7.15 on the day (25 mins for $50).
