The next Full Moon is fast approaching! This means it is time for us to shed all that no longer serves us, to create space and intention for all that we would like to manifest in our lives moving forward.

Join us for a releasing ritual to let go of anything toxic or stagnant that is not serving your higher good - to sit in Sacred Cacao Ceremony to open ourselves energetically and set your intentions - then delve deep into a Sound Healing immersion, allowing yourself to surrender to the beautiful and ancient sounds of Tibetan & Crystal Bowls, Shamanic rattles, Medicine Drum, Didgeridoo, indigenous clap sticks, Gong and shakers.

All our events are sacred and supportive and also a great way to connect with other conscious heart-centred souls. We hope you can join us and nurture yourself with this healing practice.

SACRED CACAO is the "Food of the Gods" and was used thousands of years ago by priests and shamans in the ancient Mayan, Aztec & Olmec cultures. It is a beautiful heart-opening medicine which allows expansion, connection with yourself and enables you to drop deeper into the sounds; to also be more aligned with your intuition, deeper consciousness and the intentions of your higher self. We use the highest grade cacao, which is 100% pure and organic (nothing added & nothing taken away).

SOUND HEALING is a vibrational medicine involving the use of certain 'tools' to create specific frequencies that help healing on all levels - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. The sounds will entrain the brainwaves to drop into very relaxed theta and alpha states and the healing benefits are vast: reduced anxiety and depression, releasing trauma, feelings of wellbeing, reduced pain, increased relaxation, aiding in the healing of illness/disease, heightened creativity and strengthening the immune system, to name a few.
